I have sat in those meetings. Many times. Not as an outside observer, but as the leader responsible for driving the solution. That distinction shapes everything we do at Vinom Brand Advisory.

From the Ground Up

I moved to Mumbai to build my career, gaining experience across respected financial services organizations including ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, TATA AIA Life Insurance, and Lockton India Insurance Broking and Advisory Ltd., among others. Over the course of more than a decade, I worked with talented teams across functions, learning firsthand how strong brands earn trust, influence decisions, and drive growth. That journey led me to create campaigns, shape brand narratives, lead cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to strategic business outcomes in a sector where credibility is everything.

Over the course of eleven years, I developed a deeper understanding of how strong brands earn trust, influence decisions, and create lasting value:
